In this role, you'll:
The Campaigns Specialist will support the Campaigns Manager in leading the development and implementation of individual programs of work specific to new projects.
You’ll implement individual programs of marketing and communications initiatives which assist in positively positioning public transport with frequent and infrequent customers and which drives patronage growth, safe behaviour on the roads and waterways, and safe use of the transport network.
You’ll deliver integrated marketing communications that support operational changes to transport services according to marketing activity calendar (timetables/ticketing/service improvement/apps etc.) across all channels, and to promote safety and government policy for safe behaviour on the roads and waterways.
You’ll manage a portfolio of concurrent campaigns at different stages, the role ensures campaigns are delivered effectively, compliantly and with measurable outcomes.
You will be comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment, where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.

You will bring strong campaign delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You are comfortable operating in a complex, highly regulated environment, and thrive in roles that require juggling multiple priorities, whilst maintaining quality, compliance, and performance outcomes.
For you to be successful within this role you should meet with all, or most of the following criteria:

You will support the development and delivery of inclusive marketing strategies and campaigns that engage culturally and demographically diverse communities across Transport for NSW. Ensuring all communications are accessible and representative of people of varied sexualities, gender identities, abilities, ages, and backgrounds.
You will help in providing end to end, data informed advice to strengthen engagement, build trust in the TfNSW brand, and foster lasting community connections.
This is a permanent flexible hybrid role. 50% of your time will be based from our offices at Macquarie Park.
