About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP supply chain solutions for a Tier 1 mining client with a global footprint across Australia, Chile, and Canada. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations using SAP technologies. Energy domain experience is required. Candidates must be based in Perth or Brisbane; an initial 1-month onsite period is required for client familiarisation, after which remote work is supported for offshore team coordination.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure supply chain solutions in SAP S/4HANA
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
Configure and support SAP modules related to Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Execution
Work on end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects
Support integration with other SAP modules such as Finance, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution
Conduct fit-gap analysis and process improvement initiatives for supply chain processes
Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Provide training and documentation for business users
Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
