School Crossing Supervisor - Part time - St Aloysius Catholic Primary School - Cronulla

St Aloysius Catholic Primary School shifts fall between the school zone hours of 8:00 – 9:00AM and 2:30 – 3:30PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. School Crossings require 20 hours of supervising per fortnight.

You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation, and you will also be compensated during school holidays from Terms 1 to 3.

You’ll display effective communication skills and be alert to potential dangers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment. All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided. And one more thing!  As you’ll be working with children on our roads, your willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital. Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before, we will help you through the process! If you already have a Working with Children Check, that’s fantastic as that will speed up the process.

To ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, here’s an overview of the timeline for this recruitment:

Our talent team will review all applications and be contacting shortlisted candidates by week commencing 21st May 2026 for a quick 5 -10 mins phone interview, following panel interviews.

If successful, you will progress to pre-employment checks stage.

Applicants who successfully pass the interview may be considered for a casual position should a vacancy arise.
