Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the InnoMYLE Jobs platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InnoMYLE Pty Ltd (ABN placeholder) ("InnoMYLE", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the InnoMYLE Jobs platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
  • Recruiter accounts are subject to ABN verification and approval by InnoMYLE

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Job Seekers

By using the platform as a job seeker, you agree to the following conduct standards. For fuller guidance on what these standards mean in practice, see our Ethics & Guidelines.

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile, resume, and applications
  • Only apply for roles you are genuinely interested in and reasonably qualified for
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, certifications, or right to work in Australia
  • Do not use another person's identity, credentials, or professional memberships
  • Respond to recruiter communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend scheduled interviews, or provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or withdraw
  • If you accept an offer of employment, honour that commitment and notify any other employers promptly
  • Do not fabricate, inflate, or misrepresent job titles, responsibilities, or dates of employment

Breaches of these obligations — including submitting false qualifications, misrepresenting work rights, or impersonating another person — may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.2 Recruiters and Employers

By posting jobs and using recruiter features, you agree to the following conduct standards. For fuller guidance, see our Ethics & Guidelines.

  • Post only genuine job opportunities for roles that exist and are actively being recruited for
  • Include an accurate salary range for every listing — this is a mandatory platform requirement
  • Provide honest, complete job descriptions including true requirements, working arrangements, and location
  • Respond to applicants within a reasonable timeframe — we recommend within 10 business days of receiving applications
  • Notify all applicants of the outcome of their application, including unsuccessful candidates
  • Remove or close listings as soon as the role has been filled
  • Apply fair, consistent, and skills-based screening to all candidates
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws, including the Fair Work Act 2009 and all federal and state anti-discrimination legislation
  • Do not post ghost jobs — roles with no genuine intention to hire from the current listing
  • Do not post the same role repeatedly to build a passive talent pool without genuine vacancies
  • Process and store candidate personal information only in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
  • Do not use candidate data for any purpose other than assessing suitability for the role applied for

Recruiters who persistently ghost applicants, post misleading listings, or engage in discriminatory screening practices may have listings removed, accounts suspended, or be permanently banned from the platform.

5. Content Policies

You must not upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening
  • Infringes intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Collects personal information of other users without consent
  • Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics
  • Advertises products or services unrelated to employment

6. AI Features and Automated Scoring

InnoMYLE Jobs provides AI-powered features including readiness scoring, candidate matching, and personalised preparation guides. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI readiness scores are generated algorithmically and provided for informational and advisory purposes only
  • Scores are not a guarantee of employment suitability, interview success, or any employment outcome
  • Scores reflect how closely a candidate's stated profile matches the job description — they do not account for cultural fit, interpersonal skills, references, or factors not stated in either the resume or the listing
  • AI-generated preparation guides are suggestions based on the job listing and candidate profile; they should be reviewed critically and used alongside your own professional judgement
  • Recruiters must not use AI readiness scores as the sole or primary basis for a hiring decision — scores are one data point among many
  • Recruiters must not use AI scores as a substitute for lawful, non-discriminatory screening processes
  • We continuously work to improve the accuracy and fairness of our AI models and conduct regular audits for bias, but we do not guarantee freedom from error
  • If you believe an AI score is materially inaccurate or was generated from incorrect data, contact us and we will investigate
  • InnoMYLE is not liable for any employment decision, loss, or outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated scores or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, algorithms, and branding, is owned by InnoMYLE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to use it for providing our services.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoMYLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to the provision of services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnoMYLE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing litigation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
